Most electronic publishing, marketing and commerce investment is disappointing because decision makers were driven by technologies rather than their own objectives. Why go online, for example, if no one finds your site? Or publish in a way that undermines your activity offline? Why invest in infrastructure that will never generate an appropriate return?

We've assisted clients by developing marketing plans that leverage their web presence and integrate online/offline promotion. 

We've helped other clients by assessing what competitors in Australia and overseas are doing wrong. A result has been that they addressed legal and technical issues. And they changed direction to concentrate on market niches. 

We helped another client by specifying the features of a site aimed at that company's market, and then pulling together a group to build and maintain the site.

For a major corporation, we drew a picture of current privacy legislation in Australia and overseas, identifying what changes will occur and the implications for management and specific aspects of how information from children and adults is handled. The cost of a single bad headline (or even the whiff of a law suit) would be greater than our fee.
