You can get a sense of our services - and what we bring to projects - by looking at some of our case studies. They're drawn from recent work for a range of private and public sector clients.

Study 1:  a framework for going online

We've been working with CPK Conrad, professionals with an Australian and international practice, as they develop an online presence.  After analysis of CPK's local/overseas competitors we devised a structure for the site and managed construction by an independent web builder, along with the provision of legal statements and work on a post-launch marketing campaign

  Study 2:  'digital futures' study

For a corporate client with a $50 million plus budget and offices across Australia we identified immediate privacy concerns and supplied a detailed map of how developments in Australian and overseas privacy law will affect its online operations during the next five years, highlighting likely compliance requirements and data mining opportunities.

  Study 3:  joining the dots

How can you make sense of being online.  What do you do if your staff have caught the digital bug and every unit's launching a website? We provided the Queensland Museum with questions and answers about a strategic direction to achieve common goals while respecting the autonomy of individual units.

  Study 4:  building a low-cost, high-value technical publisher

Energy Publications Network, emerging electronic publishers with multiple sites offering free and commercial access to technical content, engaged our services to address immediate and strategic concerns. We're providing ongoing corporate intelligence, after delivering effective solutions to questions about copyright, liability, privacy and pricing.

Study 5:  positioning an internet service provider

Inspired Networks, an internet service provider with operations down the east coast of Australia, sought advice about their place within a competitive, volatile market. We provided strategic guidance about positioning and about offline marketing to build on the company's strengths.

Study 6:  corporate intelligence for IT marketing

We're working with Attendonline Pty Ltd, a multimedia company with an innovative streaming media product, by providing detailed corporate intelligence on market sectors and specific opportunities.
